Description
Location: Set back from the white sands of Bang Tao Bay, sat within lush gardens the Banyan Tree offers peace and tranquillity.
Facilities: . Days of relaxation can be had by the pool, in the Jacuzzi or experience the Banyan Tree Spa treatments. For more tradition methods you can join in the yoga and tai chi classes. There is a nearby 18-hole golf course, a choice of water-sports, tennis courts and fitness centre for the sports enthusiast and for the more adventurous guest a boat trip to the nearby islands can be arranged locally.
Restaurants & Bars: Wine and dine in a choice of restaurants, with the hotel offering cuisine from Asian to Mediterranean, all set in elegant surroundings. The Saffron is renowned for its creative selection of Thai Cuisine and the Water Court serves more of the Mediterranean delights. For the ultimate romantic dinner, board the Sanya Rak – Banyan Trees longtail boat where you will be presented with delicious cuisine, traditional music and not forgetting the spectacular sunset.
Accommodation: The accommodation is made up of 149 luxurious villas scattered around the saltwater lagoon. The villas sleep 2 to 4 people depending on the size, and all boast an open air sunken bath and private garden area. The deluxe villas have an additional outdoor Jacuzzi bath, the spa pool villas are surrounded by lily ponds and offer a more romantic stay, the plunge pool villas are more elegant and chic and come with their own plunge pool.

From my first contact with Michelle at eShores the experience was very positive. She kept in contact on a daily basis and had visited the island we wanted to visit so passed on her knowledge. She put the package together for us and when we booked it was Kadie who took up the reins. Thanks to both of them and hope the holiday itself will be amazing.

I’ve just finished planning our trip to the Italian Lakes with Kadie from eShores. She’s been absolutely superb at helping us plan exactly what we wanted (Venice, Como, Garda and a trip on the Bernina Express and no driving). Kadie has been helpful, patient, responsive and really took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us check out various aspects of the trip (Bernina Express which is a bit of a minefield.) Having help with all of the flights and connections on a multi centre trip is massively helpful. It’s the first time I’ve used eShores and I now can’t wait for the holiday (in September). I’d highly recommend Kadie and will definitely use eShores again and for bigger trips too.
