We provide holidays services where we may act as your Tour Operator or your Travel Agent. In the majority of cases we will be acting as your Tour Operator. When we act as your agent your contract will be with the specific Tour Operator, and their financial protection and their terms and conditions will be applicable. If this is the case, it will all be made clear to you before booking. Either way, all air inclusive packages are protected by the ATOL scheme of either our business or the Tour Operators.
All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made by us are subject to the terms and conditions of the operator concerned. The terms and conditions of the operator concerned can be found in the back of the appropriate holiday brochure or you may request a copy of the terms and conditions before you proceed with any booking.

It is essential that all members of your party have adequate travel insurance cover for your trip. We can help you with this, by offering a competitive policy. If you choose not to purchase our insurance, you will need to agree to indemnify eShores against any losses incurred by you as a result of being inadequately insured.
Prices shown on our web site are correct at the time the information was received from the tour operators; however prices and availability of holidays and flights can change many times a day and without any given notice. The exact prices and full costings will be confirmed at the time of booking.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is then due 12 weeks prior to departure. On occasions additional payment terms may be imposed, but where these are applicable, you will be advised prior to booking.
By paying the deposit, you are accepting our terms and conditions. In the case of non-payment of the balance by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will lose your deposit. Please note: payments by credit card/charge cards may include a handling fee.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
Once your holiday has been booked, any changes and cancellations are subject to charges. These charges are set by the tour operator in accordance with their booking conditions which govern the contract. A copy of these can be supplied upon request.
Most cancellation charges are based on a sliding scale, with a percentage of the holiday cost payable in cancellation fees. This scale rises the closer to the date of departure that the holiday is cancelled. Any amendments and cancellations must be made in writing and this must be done as soon as possible by the person in whose name the booking was made.
