The Middle East is best visited between October and April, when the weather is warm and sunny but not too hot for sightseeing. For a mix of pleasant city touring and beach relaxation, winter and spring are ideal.
Food in the Middle East is full of flavour with lots of spices and fresh ingredients, and you’ll often see stews and grilled meats on the menu.
