About Us

Who are eShores?


We are a 15-strong team of dedicated personal travel consultants, based at our eShores head quarters in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

Our team is an ideal size to ensure that our combined knowledge covers every inch of the globe, so no matter where you want to go, we will work together to provide you with the best possible travel advice.


We are not a big call centre, so you won’t have any trouble getting through to one of our personal travel consultants who will take the time to get to know you, your plans and your aspirations for your holiday. However, we are large enough to enjoy the buying power and good long-standing supplier relationships to ensure we get you the best prices. We know it sounds a little cliché, but we truly are small enough to care - but big enough to deliver.


We are also not ashamed to admit that we love holidays! Each and every member of our team has chosen to be in the travel industry because we are passionate about travel – not only that, we have a genuine desire to book you the best holiday imaginable.



Where did the idea behind eShores come from?


10 years ago, the travel industry was drastically changing. While the only option in the past had been to visit the high street travel agency to book a holiday, people suddenly had the option to book their holiday online, in the comfort of their own home.


eShores directors saw this shift in consumer behaviour as a positive change, however we also saw potential problems and issues that could arise. By booking different aspects of a holiday separately, we felt that people were taking huge financial risks. In addition, by booking online, there was a significant lack of knowledge, guidance and support that would normally have been provided by local travel agents and could result in errors or problems overseas. Not to mention the sheer volume of travel and holiday options available which could easily swamp the most capable of people.


And so eShores was born, based on the principle of easing and preventing these issues whilst at the same time offering the cost benefits and simplicity of booking online, bringing together the best of what high street agents and online companies had to offer.



What do eShores do differently?


Each and every one of our customers is given a personal travel consultant who will take the time to get to know you, your needs, likes and dislikes. 


This level of personal service ensures that your consultant will always give you the most accurate and honest advice - and therefore find you the most suitable holiday. Also, when you come back to us to book your next holiday, you will be assured that your consultant will already know you and will be able to offer you suitable ideas and make the whole process so much more easier.


Dealing with the same travel consultant from start to finish throughout the booking process means that you don’t need to worry about a thing - and helps to ensure that your holiday is as perfect as possible. We’re also extra careful, so everything is double checked by a second set of eyes too!


You’ll get direct contact details for your consultant so that you can easily get in touch with them by phone or email. We appreciate you may need something when your consultant is unavailable, so the team are always ready to step in and help - and we also have a 24/7 helpline, so whenever you need assistance we’re always there.


Between our 14-strong team of personal travel consultants, we have covered all four corners of the globe and are continuously receiving destination and hotel training, therefore can offer a wealth of expert knowledge and advice.


We are an online travel agent and tour operator, meaning we can offer you anything that’s available online or on your high street. We can literally sell anything so are completely impartial, which means that we will genuinely make the best decision for you.


Being online ensures our prices are always competitive, however, we can go one step further by being able to search the market, which guarantees that we’ll always get you the best price available.



What financial protection do we provide?


You are in safe hands booking with us as we cover you for any eventuality.

If your outbound flight is cancelled we’ll either find you an alternative flight or give you a full refund for your whole package… yes we’ll refund you for all your flights, hotels, transfers, trains, car hire and excursions. Likewise if for political reasons or natural causes the foreign office are advising against travel, we can offer you an alternative holiday or a complete refund. These situations are unpleasant enough, so we want to make it as simple and easy for you as possible.

We’ll be there to support you whilst you’re abroad, so if any internal flights or trains are cancelled we’ll be there to ensure you can carry on your journey as smoothly as possible. If your hotel has closed unexpectedly, we’ll find you an alternative and if due to natural or political reasons your itinerary has to change, we’ll take care of it. Also if you flight home is cancelled we’ll ensure we get you home as quickly as possible and take care of you whilst you’re away. So from the minute you book to the minute you get home, you have nothing to worry about.

All our holidays are ATOL protected, which gives you the financial peace of mind by protecting you for any eventuality. We are also members of the TTA which provides everyone of our clients with 100% financial protection, by securing all the funds you pay us in to a trust account until you've travelled.
