As you approach Paradise Island you will see the majestic pink towers of Atlantis rising from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and you will soon be transported to a world of fantasy with this re-creation of the lost continent that lies under the sea. This impressive resort sits on its own extensive sandy beach and boasts vast manmade waterways and lagoons teeming with over 200 species of marine life. If you enjoy the all singing and dancing resorts then this will probably be the best you could ever visit. If you enjoy staying in a villa then Harbour side gets nothing but celebrated reviews. This can be a pricey option, but there is no doubt that this is worth every penny – you’ll have the holiday of a lifetime.

Description
Location: Paradise Island is exactly like its name suggests: stunning beaches, azure water and tropical gardens. Most people visit Atlantis for the complete resort experience and very few ever feel the need to leave the grounds, but if you do, Nassau the bustling capital is only a short drive away over the bridge to Providence Island. The airport is only a half an hour transfer.
Facilities: Atlantis has an unprecedented array of facilities and activities; there are pools and beaches for relaxing and there are others for having fun, offering a wide selection of water sports. Why not visit Aquaventure, the world’s number one water-park or The Dig, where you can explore underwater aquarium-style lagoons filled with various marine life and reconstructed archaeological ruins from the lost city. Dolphin Cay is a new state-of-the-art facility and is one of the world’s largest and most advanced habitats allowing you to interact with dolphins. If you prefer to start your days with a game of golf, there’s an 18-hole golf course nearby boasting amazing ocean views. The sports centre has facilities ranging from a gymnasium and lap pool to tennis and basketball courts. Atlantis also has an unrivalled spa, a library, a pottery studio and Marina Village offers you a wide selection of shops with everything from souvenirs to designer clothes and jewellery. Atlantis also offers a wide selection of supervised clubs and activities for children between the age of 3 and 12. You can roam around the resort and discover what treasures it has to offer, or the complimentary shuttle bus can whisk you around the resort in a few moments
Aquaventure is the centrepiece for Atlantis, this new 63 acre waterscape positions Atlantis as the largest, most unsurpassed water themed attraction in the world. This non-stop water experience consists of thrilling water slides, a mile-long river ride with high intensity rapids and wave surges whilst adding first-of-its-kind special effects and technology to its water slides and river rides, bringing them together in a lush environment that is both immersive and interconnected. Once you are situated in the inner tubes, you are propelled along by water escalators, waves, water surges and master blaster technology. Unlike traditional water slides that require you to leave the water and climb back to the start, at Aquaventure you never have to leave the water – you are propelled back up the slide tower via water conveyors!
Bars and Restaurants: Atlantis has 30 restaurants offering everything from pool side snacks to various fine dining options. Gourmet restaurants range from traditional French cuisine to Asian Fusion, and there are many casual dining options available. If you’ve picked up on the theme of unlimited choice, the evening entertainment is no exception; from a range of bars and lounges to suit your mood, a cinema, nightclub and a large casino, your nights can be as relaxed or as lively as you want them to be.
Accommodation: There are 4 distinct towers and a village of self-contained villas that suit all budgets and preferences. The rooms at the Beach, Coral and Royal Towers are all tropical in décor. Beach Tower (3*+) is the closest to the beach and tends to be quieter as its further away from the heart of the resort, offering moderately priced and comfortable accommodation with balconies. Coral Towers (4*) has 3 wings, is the more centrally located and offers the quietest pool area. Rooms are more colourful and are finished to a higher standard than the Beach Tower, again all have balconies. Royal Towers (4*+) has 2 towers and is the closest to the Spa and Paradise Lagoon (Resorts Main Pool). The 1201 rooms are spacious and even more luxurious than those at Coral Towers; all rooms feature a French balcony. The Cove at Atlantis (5*) is a contemporary, sleek and stylish new addition to Atlantis. This 21 storey all suite exclusive tower has its own restaurants and private use of 2 infinity pools (1 adult only pool) overlooking the ocean. The 600 suites are beautifully appointed with deluxe features including marble bathrooms with rain showers, fine linens, sitting areas, flat screen TVs and full balconies with ocean views. Finally, Harbour side Resort offers guest the chance to have their own 1,2 or 3 bedroom villa, bathrooms have jetted tubs and separate showers, fully fitted kitchens with all modern amenities, dining area, lounge area with entertainment centre and a full terrace or balcony. All the standard accommodation amenities are listed below; however there are a variety of rooms meaning that we can match a room to your requirements. We contacted eShores having visited the website to discuss a tailor made holiday to the Sporades islands. We spoke to one of the Travel Consultants, Kadie Ryan, who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We received a quote shortly following our conversation and with Kadie's help were able to book our holiday with ease the next day. We are very happy with our experience booking this holiday.

Fantastic Holiday. Just returned from a great South African holiday, Cape Town 3 nights, Pilanesberg Safari 3 nights and a week in Zanzibar. Big thanks to Chris again, his knowledge helped organise and plan this vacation. This is the second long haul holiday he has booked for us. Each holiday has been faultless even though we have changed the itinerary to suit . The Safari he recommended on this trip, Ivory Tree in Pilanesberg was 5 STAR and made the holiday, another tick on the bucket list. Eshores customer service is second to none. I recommended this company to my daughter who is presently on a Canadian fly drive with them and is thoroughly enjoying it. Based on previous experience Chris has now helped us book Australia, Hong Kong & Dubai for next February, can’t wait. All their trips are good value for money, would not have any hesitation in recommending them.

Very happy with what we booked, ( we asked for a trip/experience to Egypt), and Rachel put something together and within the budget we asked for. Once we reviewed it, we tweaked it several times for what we wanted in parts and Rachel did the rest. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. I think we will be looking at other experience holidays through E Shore in the future rather than your standard package holiday.

Booked with eshores last year. Holiday was excellent and everything ran smoothly. We had one problem with one of the transfers in which we missed the plane and had to pay for the next flight but that was sorted and refunded when we returned home. Booked with them again for next year. Matt has been extremely helpful (and patient. We are a nightmare). Eshores are very competetive and I would not hesitate in recommending them and I hope to be using them for years to come.
