✈️ UK – Cancun or Playa del Carmen (2 nights): Arrive on Mexico’s Caribbean coast, where you can unwind on soft sandy beaches or explore at your own pace. Cancun offers a lively, resort-style feel, while Playa del Carmen is more relaxed with cafés, restaurants and a walkable centre.
🚗 Cancun / Playa del Carmen – Merida (3 nights): Your driver will collect you for the journey inland, stopping to explore the iconic Chichén Itzá and swim in Yokdzonot Cenote, a peaceful natural sinkhole surrounded by limestone walls and jungle greenery. Continue to Mérida, the charming capital of the Yucatán. During your stay, as well as exploring this cultural hub you can take optional day trips to Campeche, Uxmal, or the traditional hat-making town of Becal, giving you the flexibility to explore more of the region’s culture and history.
🚗 Merida – Bacalar (Optional 2 nights): If you’d like to include a lakeside escape, head south to Bacalar, home to the famous Lagoon of Seven Colours. This serene spot is ideal for swimming, kayaking or simply relaxing by the shimmering blue water.
🚗 Bacalar / Merida – Tulum (5 nights): End your holiday in Tulum, known for its pristine beaches, boutique hotels and clifftop Mayan ruins overlooking the sea. With beach clubs, cenotes and nature reserves nearby, you’ll have plenty of time to unwind or explore — whichever you prefer.
✈️ Tulum – UK: You’ll be transferred back to Cancun Airport for your return flight to the UK, bringing your Yucatán adventure to a relaxing close.
