Itinerary

4 Nights Dubrovnik
3 Nights Split

UK- Dubrovnik (4 Nights): You’ll fly direct from the UK to Dubrovnik, where we’ll transfer you to your chosen hotel for 4 nights that comfortably fit in everything that Dubrovnik has to offer. Cocooned in its 13th-century walls (that can easily be walked in just over a mile), Dubrovnik’s picturesque streets and squares are bursting with red-roofed charm and the iconic sprinkling of yellow church spires. Grandiose architecture and limestone walkways fill the historic Old Town, where the Sponza and Rector’s palaces twinkle against seaside backdrops. Make the most of this at Banje beach, where you can jet ski (or just wind down at any beach bar).

For panoramic city views, take the cable car up to Mount Srd, or step back in time at the sea-view Lovrijenac Fort. Ornate baroque buildings divide up casual dining terraces all along the main Placa street, where cosmopolitan restaurants serve the region’s slow-cooked Peka lamb. Trust us on this one, Dubrovnik isn’t complete without sampling Crni Rižot- Dubrovnik’s signature black risotto.

Dubrovnik- Split (3 Nights): We’ll be there to meet you for the scenic ferry ride north to Split, although road and air transfer alternatives are available. As with all our destinations, we’ll also transfer you directly to your hotel. The port city of Split may be ancient on account of its imposing Roman fortresses and 4th-century Diocletian’s Palace, but the feel is vibrant. Expect upscale dining and shopping along the palm-lined Riva promenade, but equally prepare yourself for a distinctly traditional feel. This coastal city is proud of its Egyptian sphinxes, winding alley Varoš district and lively evening dancers. Balance out sculpture gardens with beach life at the beautiful Bačvice Bay, and make the most of bustling markets lining the Roman Palace’s Silver Gate entry. The medieval former Jewish quarter of Dominisova is now home to Split’s gourmet dining scene, although for taking in a heartstopping Adriatic sunset, pick any of the endless downtown bars that catch those final rays.

Whether you’re witnessing crashing waves at the Matejuška coves or climbing bell towers for the best views in town, you’ll get one thing from Split- warm, heartfelt authenticity in one of Europe’s most beautiful and happening cities.

Split- UK: We’ll be there to meet you on your departure to ensure your direct flight back to the UK goes smoothly.
