✈️ UK – Ljubljana (3 nights): First you will fly from your chosen UK airport to Ljubljana, where we’ll meet you on arrival and transfer you to your hotel. You’ll have 3 nights to explore Slovenia’s compact capital, wandering through its historic centre, strolling beside the Ljubljanica River and heading up to Ljubljana Castle for views across the city.
🚗 Ljubljana – Lake Bohinj (2 nights): After your stay in Ljubljana, a private transfer will take you into the Julian Alps and on to Lake Bohinj. Set within Triglav National Park, Bohinj offers a quieter and more natural Alpine experience, surrounded by forests and mountains. Spend your time walking beside the lake, exploring the surrounding valleys or visiting nearby waterfalls and viewpoints.
🚗 Lake Bohinj – Lake Bled (3 nights): Next, we’ll collect you from your hotel and transfer you to Lake Bled for 3 nights. One of Slovenia’s best-known sights, the lake is surrounded by Alpine scenery with its famous island and cliff-top castle. Walk around the shoreline, take a traditional boat across to the island or use Bled as a base for exploring more of the surrounding countryside.
🚗 Lake Bled – Kranjska Gora (2 nights): Your final private transfer takes you deeper into the Julian Alps to Kranjska Gora. You’ll have 2 nights in this mountain resort, with hiking and cycling routes, dramatic peaks and beautiful Alpine scenery on the doorstep. It is also a great base for exploring the wider mountain region before your journey home.
✈️ Kranjska Gora – UK: On your last day we’ll collect you from your hotel and transfer you back to Ljubljana Airport for your flight home.
Alternative Airport Options Available: Where flights to Ljubljana don’t suit, we can adapt this itinerary to use alternative gateways such as Trieste, Venice or Pula, potentially adding extra nights or adjusting the route to make the journey work better. Venice has particularly extensive UK connectivity, while Pula also has seasonal UK services.
