Day 1 Heathrow to Nairobi, Kenya: To start your trip, you will take an overnight flight from Heathrow to Nairobi, Kenya.

Day 2 & 3 Lake Manyara National Park (2 nights):
Day 2: From Nairobi, you will fly to Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, where you will enjoy a packed lunch before boarding a light aircraft which will take you to Manyara airstrip (approx. 45 minutes). En route to your accommodation (approx. 3 hours 30 minutes) you will experience your first game drive of your trip. After the game drive, you will arrive at your accommodation at the exclusive &Beyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, where you will stay in one of 10 luxury tree house suites, nestled in the mahogany forest with large windows and a private veranda to take in the breath-taking views over the Rift Valley.
Day 3: You will enjoy the whole day exploring Lake Manyara National park, taking in two game drives in the morning and afternoon.

Day 4 & 5 Ngorongoro (2 nights):
Day 4: After a good breakfast, you will be driven to Manyara airstrip (approx. 3 hours and 30 minutes) and be driven to your next accommodation, &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge (1 hour and 30 minutes), situated on the rim of the incredible Ngorongoro Crater, where you can enjoy an afternoon’s relaxation. The &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge offers the ultimate in Safari chic and indulgence, from the sumptuous stilted thatched suites with oversized bath tubs and private verandas, to the camp’s sitting and dining rooms where you can recount the day’s adventure with fellow guests and enjoy the impeccable service of personal butlers.
Day 5: In the morning, you will be taken to the crater for a morning’s game drive. The afternoon will be spent at your leisure back at the camp.

Day 6 & 7 Serengeti National Park (2 nights):
Day 6: After breakfast, you will be taken back to the airstrip at Manyara (approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes) where you will board your light aircraft which will take you to the Serengeti. You can choose to stay at either the &Beyond Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp or &Beyond Klein’s camp, both offering a high standard of luxury and service.
Day 7: Up bright and early, you will enjoy a morning’s game drive before breakfast or take a balloon flight over the Serengeti (this is an optional extra and only available for guests staying at &Beyond Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp). In the afternoon, you will be taken on another game drive.

Day 8 Serengeti to Heathrow: After a last night’s sleep in the wilderness, you will fly back to Arusha (approx. 1 hour 45 minutes from Klein’s and 2 hours 15 minutes from Grumeti) and be taken to the beautiful Arusha Coffee Lodge for lunch. You will be then transported to the airport for your flight to Nairobi and take your onward flight to Heathrow or another chosen destination.

NB: If you are wishing to travel to Zanzibar to extend your trip, you can fly from Arusha. Alternatively, at extra cost, you can choose to spend the night in Nairobi and fly to the Masai Mara for two nights before returning to Nairobi for your journey home.
