1st time using eshore company. I felt with Emily who was brilliant. She package our trip perfect. She also suggested changing date to make the package cheaper and upgraded to a better hotel. She never made me feel any of my questions was stupid and happily answered anything that I asked.

Matt was very good in communication and made changes for us when asked, I appreciate the time he spent tailoring our family holiday. We now all booked up.
