✈️ UK – Maldives (6 Nights): Fly to Malé, where you’ll be met on arrival and transferred to your dhoni boat to meet the captain and crew. Once settled into your cabin, the adventure begins. If your flight lands early, there’s also the opportunity to join an introductory snorkelling trip.
🚢6 Night / 7 Day Maldives Dhoni Cruise: This seven-night dhoni cruise offers a laid-back way to explore the Maldives beyond the resorts, drifting through the South Malé and Felidhu atolls aboard a traditional wooden boat. Life on board is slow and unhurried, with plenty of time to relax on deck, swim straight from the boat and soak up ever-changing views of turquoise lagoons and palm-fringed islands.
Days are shaped around snorkelling and island visits, with frequent stops at vibrant coral reefs and secluded sandbanks. The shallow, crystal-clear waters are home to colourful reef fish, turtles, stingrays and reef sharks, making this one of the best ways to experience the Maldives’ marine life. You’ll also visit uninhabited islands, including picture-perfect Bodu Mora, as well as local communities where fishing and traditional boat-building remain part of everyday life.
Back on board, enjoy freshly prepared meals, plenty of space to unwind and a sociable, easy-going atmosphere. One day includes a beach clean-up, offering the chance to give something back while helping protect this fragile environment. The cruise finishes back in Malé, leaving you with a deeper, more authentic insight into the Maldives and its island way of life.
🌴 Maldives Beach Stay (5+ Nights): After your cruise, you’ll return to Malé and be collected from there to be taken to the beach resort of your choice. This is price on a 5 night stay, but for those wanting a little extra relaxation, this itinerary can be extended to whatever duration you want. Swap life on the water for soft white sands, calm lagoons and the comforts of a beach resort, where days are spent unwinding, snorkelling from the shore or enjoying spa treatments and sunset dinners. It’s the perfect way to slow the pace and end your Maldives adventure with a few nights of pure beach bliss.
✈️ Maldives – UK: When your beach stay comes to an end, you’ll be transferred back to Malé airport for your return flight to the UK, bringing your Maldives adventure to a close. Arrive home with unforgettable memories of turquoise lagoons, vibrant coral reefs and life aboard a traditional dhoni.
