Famous for its whitewashed villages clinging to dramatic cliffs, this postcard-perfect island is instantly recognisable for its blue-domed churches, gleaming white architecture, and breathtaking sunsets.
With three days here, you’ll have just the right amount of time to enjoy Santorini’s lively towns, fascinating archaeological sites and striking black-sand beaches. Formed by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century BC, the island’s rugged landscape and spectacular caldera are its defining features, so be sure to take in these famous views and perhaps soak in the caldera’s natural hot springs. The main towns of Fira, Firostefani, Imerovigli and Oia line the cliff edge, connected by a scenic walking path offering dramatic viewpoints and charming lanes at every turn. And of course, no visit is complete without watching the sunset in Oia which is a truly unforgettable experience.

The island’s southern coast is home to golden, sheltered beaches ideal for swimming and sunbathing, while the quieter northern shores are perfect for windsurfing or peaceful relaxation. Mykonos Town is the island’s beating heart, famous for its iconic windmills, colourful harbour and maze of narrow whitewashed streets. After sunset, the island truly comes alive, from chic waterfront bars and fine dining to the legendary nightlife of Paradise and Super Paradise Beaches.
