Nick

Nick joined the eShores team in 2022, but has been working in the travel industry since leaving university, so has years of experience. He has also travelled extensively, so when it comes to knowledge, Nick has it. Nick is a fairly quiet member of the team , but if you ever speak to him his passion for travel is clear and he’s always up for a laugh.

When it comes to his travels, Nick loves his itineraries jam packed, squeezing in as much as possible so that there is something going on every day. He has a passion for hiking, which led him to travel around the Canadian Rockies to explore the lakes and wildlife – and why Canada has taken the top spot as his favourite country . He also loves his food, which is one of the reasons why he enjoyed his travels around Southeast Asia and South America. Here’s a bit more from Nick…

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?

I have a love of food, so either cooking or eating out with my partner is a big part of my life. I am also a massive Man United fan.

What are your essential items that you take with you on holiday?

I am a very light packer, just a few sets of clothes and some clean underwear will do me!

If you were stranded on a desert island which celebrity would you choose to be with?

Wayne Rooney, not only is he my favourite footballer. I have played golf with him a few times and we’ve always had great laugh.
