UK – New York (3 nights) First stop, New York, the city that never sleeps. If you haven’t been to the Big Apple before, you will be captivated from the moment you step off the plane.  Visit the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, iconic skyscrapers, exclusive shopping on Fifth Avenue, smash-hit shows on Broadway and wander round uber cool Brooklyn… your feet will barely touch the ground!

🚆 New York to Boston (3 nights) Hopping on the train in New York, you’ll head up the east coast to the fascinating city of Boston, known for its history and of course, tea. Discover everything this colonial city has to offer by walking the Freedom Trail, enjoying the waterside café scene, visiting the numerous museums, watching a Red Sox game in a local pub and trying out the local lobster and crab.

Boston – Chicago (2 nights) Catch the plane and head west across the country, arriving in Chicago, where you’ll stay for the next 2 nights.  This cosmopolitan city enjoys a superb setting on the shores of Lake Michigan, with 15 miles of sandy beaches and beautiful parks.  The skyline is equally dramatic, boasting some architectural wonders and the promise of world class museums and some of the best restaurants in the US.  At sunset, head to ‘360 Chicago’, the viewing platform at the John Hancock Tower, and soak up the amazing panoramic view.

Chicago – San Francisco (3 nights) You will continue your journey west across the country, flying into San Francisco.  Top of your list, we expect, will be to visit the Golden Gate Bridge, instantly recognisable with its iconic orange colour and art deco styling. Another must-see trip is to Alcatraz, arguably the most fascinating museum in the world, where you can wander the prison blocks where notorious criminals such as Al Capone were incarcerated.  If you need a bit of down time, grab a coffee and watch the world go on Fisherman’s Wharf or enjoy a fabulous Chinese meal in the city’s vibrant Chinatown.

or 🚗 San Francisco – Los Angeles (3 nights) Either fly or (optional) self-drive to Los Angeles for your final destination on this iconic 5 city break. LA offers a heady mix of beach vibes and Hollywood glitz and glamour that you will undoubtedly fall in love with.  Head to the sandy shores of Santa Monica, swan around Beverley Hills for some high-end window shopping, wander down the Walk of Fame and take the obligatory selfie in front of the Hollywood sign.  For the ultimate day trip for film lovers, head to Universal Studios to mark the end of your incredible trip.
