Itinerary

4 Nights – Buenos Aires
3 Nights – Mendoza
2 Nights – Iguazú Falls
5 Nights – Rio

✈ UK – Buenos Aires (4 Nights): You’ll fly to Buenos Aires, where you’ll have 4 nights to explore Argentina’s exciting and vibrant capital. With easy-to-navigate streets and the world’s widest boulevard, Buenos Aires staggers charming greenery, grandiose architecture and a tango nightlife that’s second-to-none. From Recoleta’s upscale offerings to the Soho and Hollywood neighbourhoods, there’s something for everyone here. Hit San Telmo’s pop-ups, browse bohemian La Boca, swing by Palermo’s gardens and sample sizzling steaks as the sun goes down.

✈ Buenos Aires – Mendoza (3 nights): Flying on to Mendoza, you’ll be headed for the world-class wineries that fill this verdant stretch of the Cuyo desert. Amid spectacular snow-capped backdrops, Mendoza offers internationally renowned bodegas, gastronomic cuisine and splendid outdoor plazas. You can stay on a ranch or vineyard here, although we can equally arrange a hotel stay in the charming downtown area. Wander the Plaza España’s Andalusian motifs, catch a live show at Plaza Indepencia and hike the 15 minutes up Cerro de la Gloria for panoramic views. Local meats and full-bodied wines here are otherworldly, so pack an appetite.

✈ Mendoza – Iguazú Falls (2 Nights): For a refreshing burst of natural beauty, you’ll now fly to Iguazú Falls for 2 nights. Taller and wider than Niagara, the 275 waterfalls forming this border-staggering stretch of nature are as humbling as they are inspiring. Stretch out your arms and take in the spray at the Devil’s Throat, walk or hike walkways amid dense rainforest and spot the unique birdlife that populates this roaring setting. Boat, safari and explorations on both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls are available.

✈ Iguazú Falls – Rio (5 Nights): You’ll round off your 14 nights by next flying to the Brazilian capital of Rio de Janeiro. Under the iconic Christ The Redeemer statue, Rio pulsates with megacity vibrancy, dazzling-white sands and effervescent samba beats. Soak up the sun on the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, explore Centro’s cloisters, climb Lapa’s mosaics and stroll the cosmopolitan Avenida Atlântica promenade. Panoramas from the lofty Sugarloaf and Corcovado mountains are extraordinary, as is every offbeat favela and pastel-fronted facade. Truly iconic, truly multicultural and bursting with fabulous cuisine, Rio definitely lives up to its “Marvellous City” nickname.

✈ Rio – UK: On your final day we’ll meet you at your hotel to take you back to Rio Airport, for your flight back to the UK.
