✈️ UK – Santorini (3 nights): You’ll start your trip on the distinctive island of Santorini, reached by either ferry or flight. Famous for its traditional whitewashed villages clinging to dramatic clifftops, this volcanic island is known for its breathtaking sunsets and romantic charm. With three nights here, you’ll have the perfect amount of time to explore the busy waterfront villages, unique volcanic terrain and striking beaches. Take a boat trip to the volcano, swim in the natural hot springs, and wander the cliff-top lanes of Fira and Oia with their stunning caldera views. As evening falls, enjoy dinner at a taverna in Oia and watch the island’s legendary sunsets paint the sky. Santorini also produces some excellent wines so visit one of the local family-run wineries or simply relax on the dark volcanic sands of Kamari or Perissa Beach.
🚢 Santorini – Ios (4 nights): Sail on to Ios, a beautiful island home to some of the most stunning beaches in the Aegean. Wander the winding footpaths that lead to traditional hilltop villages, explore the ruins of the Venetian Castle and visit the Archaeological Museum, that’s if you can tear yourself away from the beach. The main town of Chora has been synonymous with lively nightlife since the 1970s, and nearby Mylopotas Beach is a favourite for dining and drinks overlooking the bay. If you’re after something more peaceful, head south to Manganari Beach, where you’ll find a serene haven of golden sand and crystal-clear water, or relax in the friendly little port of Gialos, lined with traditional tavernas and a few small shops.
🚢 Ios – Naxos (3 nights): After four nights on Ios, sail across to nearby Naxos to discover an island that combines long sandy beaches with rugged mountain villages and ancient ruins. Although famous for its beautiful coastline, Naxos’ charm lies equally in its countryside, dotted with Byzantine churches, olive groves and walking trails perfect for exploring at your own pace. As you arrive, the enormous marble gateway of the Temple of Apollo greets you at the harbour. In the main town, the medieval Boúrgos and Kástro districts are filled with archaeological gems, charming streets and welcoming cafés. Spend your days enjoying the island’s soft-sanded western beaches and turquoise waters, or discover hidden villages and monasteries inland.
🚢 Naxos – Mykonos (4 nights): Your final stop is the glamorous island of Mykonos, known for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, golden beaches and chic nightlife. The island’s southern coast offers lively beaches and calm swimming bays, while the quieter north is perfect for windsurfing and scenic walks. In Mykonos Town, explore the maze-like lanes, whitewashed houses and the iconic windmills overlooking the harbour. Browse designer boutiques, enjoy seafront dining in Little Venice, and experience the island’s stylish bars and restaurants as the sun sets. With its blend of charm, energy and sophistication, Mykonos is the perfect finale to your Greek island adventure.
