✈️ UK – Calgary (1 night): To begin your journey, we’ll fly you from the UK to Calgary, one of the main gateways to the Canadian Rockies. You’ll have the day and night to settle in and recover from your flight. Calgary is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with a Western twist, making it an ideal starting point for your adventure. Head to The Beltline or 17th Avenue, where you’ll find lively bars, top restaurants and a great local buzz, perfect for your first evening in Canada.
🚗 Calgary – Lake Louise (2 nights): The next day, collect your hire car and set off towards Lake Louise and the heart of the Rockies. The drive through Banff National Park is breathtaking, but nothing compares to the sight that greets you at Lake Louise, where turquoise waters framed by snow-capped peaks await. Spend your days hiking the mountain trails, hiring a kayak to paddle across the lake, or visiting nearby Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks – two of Canada’s most photographed spots.
🚗 Lake Louise – Jasper (2 nights): Continue north along the famous Icefields Parkway to Jasper, a charming mountain town surrounded by spectacular wilderness. Jasper National Park is filled with natural wonders, from the thundering Athabasca Falls to serene glacial lakes. Summer brings countless opportunities for hiking, wildlife spotting and outdoor adventure. When it’s time to relax, enjoy the town’s welcoming restaurants, soothing spas or even a round of golf amid stunning alpine scenery.
🚗 Jasper – Banff (2 nights): Your final stop is Banff, a place of extraordinary beauty and the perfect finale to your journey through the Rockies. Take the Banff Gondola for panoramic mountain views or visit the awe-inspiring Columbia Icefield which is the largest sub-polar glacier in North America. Closer to town, enjoy canoeing on the Bow River, hiking scenic mountain trails, or kayaking on the mirror-like waters of Johnson Lake. Banff combines adventure, nature and tranquillity in perfect balance.
