✈️ UK – São Paulo (2 nights): Fly from your chosen UK airport to São Paulo, Brazil’s largest city. Spend two nights discovering its contrasting neighbourhoods, museums, markets and celebrated food scene, with plenty of rooftop bars and restaurants to choose from in the evening.
✈️ São Paulo – Iguassu (3 nights): Fly south to Iguassu for three nights close to one of South America’s greatest natural wonders. Explore the Brazilian side of the falls for sweeping panoramic views, then cross into Argentina to experience the extensive walkways and the dramatic Devil’s Throat.
✈️ Iguassu – Belo Horizonte/Ouro Preto (2 nights): Fly to Belo Horizonte and continue into the hills of Minas Gerais for historic Ouro Preto, with its cobbled streets, Baroque churches and colonial architecture. Alternatively, opt for Brasília and its striking modernist landmarks, or Fortaleza for a more relaxed coastal stay with beaches, markets and a lively north-eastern atmosphere.
✈️ Belo Horizonte/Brasília – Manaus (3 nights): Next fly north into the heart of the Amazon. From Manaus you can explore the rainforest by boat, visit riverside communities, look for wildlife and see the famous Meeting of the Waters, where the Rio Negro and Solimões flow side by side before joining to form the Amazon River.
✈️ Manaus – Fortaleza (2 nights): Fly to Brazil’s north-east coast for two nights in Fortaleza. Spend time around the beachfront, explore the city’s markets and restaurants, or simply enjoy a little downtime beside the Atlantic after your Amazon adventure.
✈️ Fortaleza – Salvador (3 nights): Continue south to Salvador, one of Brazil’s most colourful and culturally distinctive cities. Explore the cobbled streets and colonial buildings of Pelourinho, discover its strong Afro-Brazilian heritage and enjoy the music, food and atmosphere that make Salvador so different from Brazil’s southern cities.
🚗 Salvador – Praia do Forte (3 nights): Travel north along the coast to Praia do Forte for three relaxing nights beside the beach. This former fishing village combines palm-fringed coastline and warm Atlantic waters with restaurants, shops and a relaxed centre, making it an easy beach break before the final city stay.
✈️ Praia do Forte – Rio de Janeiro (3 nights): Transfer back to Salvador Airport and fly to Rio for the final three nights of your journey. Visit Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain, explore the neighbourhoods of Santa Teresa and Lapa, and spend time along the famous beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema.
✈️ Rio de Janeiro – UK: After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK, bringing your complete Brazilian adventure to an end.
