Description
Location: Set on the delightful Wong Amat Beach and surrounded by lush gardens, the hotel is in a quiet location yet only 5 minutes away from central Pattaya.
Facilities: The hotel offers its own private beach, 2 great swimming pools and a spa for relaxation, and for the more active there are water-sports and a fitness centre available.
Restaurants & Bars: There are dining options suitable for any occasion, a poolside restaurant which is ideal for snacks and a light lunch, the Terrazzo restaurant is a popular choice for families with a variety of Thai and International dishes, plus live music and barbecues in the evenings. For the more romantic setting, the Bay Leaf offers fine dining from an a la carte menu, accompanied by an exclusive selection of wines.
Accommodation: All rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and provide spacious and comfortable accommodation; they come with standard facilities such as air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities. The club rooms are more spacious with a seaview.

Very happy with the services provided so far, and I am particularly pleased with how our travel agent Emily was able to not only set up a great initial plan for our Japan holiday, but she also was very quick and super polite when it came to amending our itinerary to our specifications, as well as the transparency in terms of the details of our trip and the associated costs. Big thank you to Lynette who booked, advised and held my hand all the way and went out of her way. True customer service and will be booking my next one here. I love to talk my holiday through which i was able to do and this was a special holiday for us.

My 2nd time booking with eShores. Excellent customer service working with one agent to create a personalised, bespoke holiday. My arrangements changed part-way through so a number of quotes were needed. Nick was patient, helpful and responded quickly (by email and phone) throughout. Well recommended.

I sent eShores an email asking them to tailor a holiday to Italy for me. This is a surprise for my husbands 70th birthday. Therefore we could only liaise via email. Leanne got onto it straight away and sent me all the necessary information. I phined her the following day when my husband was out. She explained everything to me. I was so grateful as this took the stress off of me.

Fantastic service from Lynette from start to finish. Went to Australia this year and Lynette sorted everything out for us, even when we had a small emergency, when in Perth, she answered our concerns straight away and looked into it and advised us what to do. We had such a great time we're off to America next year and Lynette has sorted us again, hoping this time that everything goes according to plan!!!!
