A multi centre holiday allows you to enjoy the best of the city before continuing on to nearby destinations such as Bali, Thailand or Malaysia, or even further afield to Australia and New Zealand.
Singapore may be small, but it’s packed with experiences. Stroll through the futuristic Gardens by the Bay, wander Chinatown and Little India, or admire the colonial architecture around the Civic District. Enjoy shopping on Orchard Road, sample street food at a hawker centre, or take a night safari at the zoo. For a change of pace, head to Sentosa Island for beaches and family attractions.
Singapore is a year-round destination with consistently warm tropical weather. Short bursts of rain are common, but they rarely last long and the city is well set up for them. February to April tend to be the driest months, while November to January bring heavier showers. The city’s attractions can be enjoyed at any time of year.
Most visitors stay 3 or 4 nights, which is enough to see the main highlights, sample the food scene and gives you time to explore different neighbourhoods, from Chinatown and Little India to Marina Bay and Sentosa. If you are short on time, it is possible to squeeze Singapore into 2 nights, but you will miss some of what makes the city so special.
