UK – Santiago: We’ll fly you from the UK to Santiago, and transfer you to your first hotel, where you will spend 2 nights.

Santiago is Cape Verde’s largest island, and home to more than half of all Cape Verdeans. It’s capital Praia is a bustling African town, where you can enjoy the island’s nightlife and explore Santiago’s vibrant culture. Old colonial buildings line the main square, and there’s a Presidential Palace and Palace of Justice that are worth visiting.

Santiago – Sao Vincente: After Santiago, we’ll transfer you back to the airport for a flight to Sao Vincente, and then transfer you to your next hotel where you’ll spend 3 nights.

As well as the island’s great beaches, Sao Vicente’s is known for its capital Mindelo, which is a lively place, with many shops and restaurants. The nightlife is great too, with many bars playing offering live music in to the early hours. It’s also the cultural hub of the islands, with plenty of opportunities to explore the island’s art, textile and music scenes.

From here, you can also take boat trips to the uninhabited island of Santa Luzia, or visit Santo Antao which boasts stunning views across its mountain range, and you can visit the village of Fontainhas, perched on the edge of rock, above a deep ravine – breath-taking!

Sao Vincente – Boa Vista: Next we’ll transfer you back to the airport for your flight to Boa Vista. Again we’ll be waiting for you to transfer you to your next hotel, for your 4-night stay.

After a busy few days, Boa Vista is the perfect next stop. This peaceful island offers some of the most breath-taking beaches in the region. If you can tear yourself away from the beach though, Boa Vista is also renowned for its marine life, so a snorkelling or diving trip is worth considering, or for some adrenalin fuelled fun, take a quad bike adventure across the desert.

Boa Vista – Sal: After Boa Vista we’ll transfer you from your hotel back to the airport, for your onward flight to Sal. Then transfer you to your final hotel for your last 5 nights.

You’ll have plenty of time on Sal to explore its capital Santa Maria, whilst still having enough time to enjoy the stunning beaches. If you get chance, we’d highly recommend a visit to the Salt Carter, and another great thing to do is take one of the horse riding tours.

From Sal, you can also take a day trip to Fago, famous for its active volcano and it’s pretty capital São Filipe, with its Portuguese squares, cobbled streets and pastel houses.

Sal – UK: When your holiday comes to an end, we’ll transfer you back to the airport for your flight home.
