✈️ UK – Windhoek – Kalahari Desert (1 night): Depart Windhoek and travel south to the Kalahari Desert via Rehoboth, a small town rich in local heritage. The Kalahari’s rolling red dunes and golden grasses create a beautiful contrast to the vivid blue skies. This evening, enjoy a sunset nature drive in an open safari vehicle before dinner. Overnight: Kalahari Anib Lodge or similar. Meals: Dinner.

🚗 Kalahari Desert – Fish River Canyon (1 night): After breakfast, journey through the Kalahari and stop at the Quiver Tree Forest near Keetmanshoop, a national monument featuring around 250 aloe trees. Continue to the Naute Dam, Namibia’s third largest, before arriving at your lodge near Fish River Canyon. Enjoy a short walk and a complimentary sundowner drink as the sun sets over the desert. Overnight: Canyon Roadhouse or similar. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

🚗 Fish River Canyon – Aus (1 night): Visit Fish River Canyon, Africa’s largest, before continuing to Aus. You may spot the region’s famous wild desert horses along the way. Later, enjoy an optional sundowner drive or take a short walk in the Aus Mountains. Overnight: Klein Aus Vista Desert Horse Inn or similar. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

🚗 Aus – Maltahöhe (1 night): Travel along the scenic D707 route (road conditions permitting) and visit Duwisib Castle, a striking medieval-style fortress with a fascinating history. Continue to your lodge and enjoy the tranquillity of the desert surroundings. Overnight: Hammerstein Rest Camp or similar. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

🚗 Maltahöhe – Namib Naukluft Park (1 night): Set out early to explore the towering dunes of Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei, where ancient trees rise from the salt pan. Visit Sesriem Canyon to view its layered rock walls before travelling on to your lodge near the Namib Naukluft Mountains. Overnight: Namib Naukluft Lodge. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

🚗 Namib Naukluft Park – Swakopmund (3 nights): Drive through Kuiseb Canyon to Walvis Bay, where you might spot flamingos on the lagoon, then continue to Swakopmund. This coastal town blends German charm with seaside appeal. Enjoy a sundowner at the Moon Landscape before exploring at leisure. Optional activities include quad biking, sandboarding, scenic flights or a catamaran cruise. Overnight: Brigadoon Guesthouse or similar. Meals: Breakfast daily, plus Dinner on selected nights.

🚗 Swakopmund – Damaraland (2 nights): Travel north along the salt road past Henties Bay and on to Damaraland, one of Namibia’s most scenic regions. Visit Twyfelfontein to see its ancient rock engravings and the Organ Pipes. The next day, enjoy a sundowner drive along the Aba Huab River in search of desert-adapted elephants. Overnight: Twyfelfontein Country Lodge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

🚗 Damaraland – Etosha National Park (3 nights): Visit a Damara village to learn about their culture before continuing to Etosha National Park. Enjoy your first game drive that afternoon, followed by two full days exploring one of Africa’s top wildlife reserves. Look out for elephants, lions, rhinos and flamingos around the vast salt pan. Overnights: Etosha Safari Camp and Mokuti Lodge or similar. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

🚗 Etosha – Windhoek (1 night): After breakfast, travel south via Okahandja, known for its lively handicraft market, before arriving in Windhoek for your final evening in Namibia. Overnight: Windhoek hotel or similar. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

✈️ Windhoek – UK: After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight home. Meals: Breakfast.
