We know people want to book a holiday, to have something to look forward to. However, we also understand that booking a holiday during these uncertain times is unsettling. That is why we have worked closely with our partners to create a Flexible Guarantee, to ensure that you can book with confidence.

This is something that we want to offer our clients moving forward, a promise to you that should you want to make changes to your booking, that we will be as flexible as possible.

Some of the things you can expect:

  • Secure your holiday for a low deposit.
  • We can delay the date that your balance payment is due.
  • We will not charge any amendment fees if you want to change your holiday.
  • You can change the date or destination, giving you complete flexibility.
  • You can cancel the holiday and convert the deposit to a credit.

Your personal consultant will also be there to support you, through any decisions and changes you need to make. On hand to answer your questions and provide advice.

Please Note: Whilst the above will account for most of our bookings, there may be circumstances where certain parts of your package are not 100% flexible. Any restrictions will be made clear to you before you book.

We will try to avoid using suppliers that are not offering flexibility, but with some airlines and hotels it can be difficult. We will be completely transparent, so if the hotel you want are only offering rates that are non-changeable / non-refundable, we will make this clear and give you alternatives. Likewise, there are restrictions with certain airlines, low costs airlines for example require payment in full and once paid, we will be bound by their amendment charges. Most airlines though are offering more flexibility than usual, so all this will be outlined.

It is also important to bear in mind that travelling during high season is more expensive compared to travelling in low season, so when making changes to a holiday, going at a different time of year can increase or decrease the price of the holiday.

Nadine is one of the directors of eShores. She left school at 16 and went straight in to a travel agency. Over the 28 years she has worked her way up in various sectors of the industry and also as an overseas representative in both summer and ski resorts. She has travelled to many countries from Europe to the Far East, USA to Lapland. Her extensive knowledge and experience has helped build eShores and the best team around! As a mother of 2 girls she is just as busy out of the office as he is in, but she always makes time to chat and being an ex rep she knows how to put on a good staff party!
