✈️ UK to Manila (2 nights): You’ll begin your adventure in Manila, the capital of the Philippines and a perfect starting point for heading off to explore the island of Palawan. Manila offers a unique blend of Spanish colonial heritage juxtaposed with modern skyscrapers. Don’t miss Intramuros, the walled city showcasing its colonial architecture, and Fort Santiago, a significant historical site within it. For green space, stroll through Rizal Park, named after national hero José Rizal. Visit San Agustin Church, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its Baroque architecture. Explore Binondo, Manila’s Chinatown, for vibrant streets and lively atmosphere, and try the local cuisine including Halo-Halo, a sweet, iced dessert and Kare-Kare, a stew made with a thick peanut sauce for a truly authentic experience.

✈️ Manila to El Nido (4 nights): From Manila, you’ll take a short flight to the island of Palawan where you’ll land in the breath-taking town of El Nido, famous for its dramatic limestone cliffs, turquoise lagoons, and picturesque islands. Take an island-hopping tour to explore the iconic Big Lagoon, Small Lagoon, Secret Lagoon, and Hidden Beach and snorkel or dive in vibrant coral reefs with their rich diversity of marine life. Relax on stunning beaches such as Nacpan and Las Cabanas and hike up Taraw Cliff for panoramic views of the area. You can also enjoy fabulous dining experience in the beachfront restaurants, which serve fresh seafood and local cuisine.

🚗 El Nido – Port Barton / San Vicente (5 nights): From El Nido, we’ll arrange for a private transfer to take you to the to the charming village of Port Barton or the beautiful beach resort of San Vicente, hidden gems nestled between lush forests and turquoise waters. Spend your days here lounging on the sandy shores, snorkelling among vibrant coral reefs, and island hopping to nearby islands such as German Island, known for its idyllic beaches and stunning sunsets. Wherever you decide to stay along this coast, make sure you experience the natural beauty of Port Barton’s mangrove forests with a tranquil, guided river tour keeping your eye out for unique wildlife such as monitor lizards.

🚗 Port Barton / San Vicente – Puerto Princesa (3 nights): For the last stretch of your Palawan adventure, we’ll drive you to in the city of Puerto Princesa, the capital of the Palawan region known as the ‘City in a Forest’ for its lush rainforests. The city centre itself is a bustling hub filled with shops, restaurants and vibrant markets to explore. Take a leisurely stroll along the Baywalk and soak in the scenic views whilst you savour the street food from the nearby stalls, or simply unwind while enjoying the sea breeze. The show-stopping, must-see attraction, the Puerto Princesa Underground River, is located approximately a 1-and-a-half-hour drive outside of the city centre. At this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can embark on a fascinating boat ride through a subterranean river system, surrounded by awe-inspiring limestone formations and rich biodiversity with mesmerising underground caves, impressive stalactites, and diverse wildlife. Closer to the city is the pristine island paradise of Honda Bay, where you can hop on boat and explore the cluster of islands, and enjoy swimming, snorkelling, and diving in the crystal-clear waters teeming with vivid marine life.
