5 Nights – Jamaica
5 Nights – Barbados

✈️ UK to Jamaica (5 Nights): From the moment you step off the plane, you’ll feel Jamaica’s infectious energy. Reggae rhythms and music fill the air, spilling from beach bars and street corners. The food scene is incredible too, with proper jerk chicken, curry goat, and ackee and saltfish.  The beaches are fantastic, from gorgeous Negril’s Seven Mile Beach to Montego Bay with its perfect mix of stunning coastline and buzzing nightlife.  Organised tours are definitely the best way to explore safely and see the ‘real Jamaica’. You can visit Blue Mountain coffee plantations high in the hills, go bamboo rafting on the peaceful Martha Brae River, or climb the Dunn’s River Falls. The rum tours are also a great way to learn how Jamaican rum has been crafted for centuries.

✈️ Jamaica to Barbados (5 Nights): After Jamaica’s high energy, Barbados will feel like you’re stepping into a more polished, refined version of the Caribbean. The short flight between islands is easy and offers lovely views of the Caribbean Sea below. Barbados has perfected the art of the luxury beach holiday with world-class hotels and beautiful beaches. The Platinum Coast on the west side is where you’ll find the most exclusive resorts and calmest, clearest waters and sand so soft and white it’s almost like powder. If you want more action, head to the south coast around St Lawrence Gap, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, lively bars, and plenty of water sports. Don’t miss Bridgetown either. The capital is home to the UNESCO-listed Garrison area with its British colonial heritage. Mount Gay Distillery is a must-do, where you can join tours to understand how they’ve been perfecting their rum-making craft since 1703.

✈️ Barbados to UK: Time to pack the suitcase and swap your Caribbean paradise for home.
