Description
Location: Set in 64 acres of secluded tropical parkland, at Royal Cliff Bay near Pattaya, the complex is a destination in itself overlooking the turquoise waters of the gulf of Siam.
Facilities: Guests can enjoy the many activities on offer, from tennis, squash or the fitness centre with sauna and steam room, to water-sports down on the private beach, sailing on the private catamaran or practicing your putting on the 4 hole putting green. For guests who wish to be pampered you can enjoy the finest massage, body treatments and facials or visit the hairdresser and beauty salon.
Restaurants & Bars: The Royal Cliff Beach resort boasts ten restaurants offering the finest cuisines including Thai, Japanese, Italian, Indian, and other European dishes, along with a choice of lively bars and entertainment.
Accommodation: The 4 hotels on the complex all have standard facilities, plus minibar, TV and air conditioning. The Royal Cliff Beach hotel has 527 mini suites sleep up to 3 adults, with standard facilities plus separate seating area and balcony with sea view. The Royal Cliff Terrace boats 64 mini suite rooms sleeping up to 3 adults, in a low rise building overlooking the sea and gardens. Also family suites area available with two bedrooms. The Royal Cliff Grand has 372 rooms sleeping 2 adults, boasting large marble bathrooms, sea facing balconies with sun loungers and cold shower. The Royal Wing & Spa has 83 luxurious suites, sleeping up to 3 adults or 2 adults 1 child, with CD player, separate lounge, Jacuzzi bath and superb sea views.

Claire Smith offered invaluable support in arranging our travel by air to Portugal pluse trains around the country, offering a choice of three hotels in every stop. She expanded our initial thoughts of Lisbon and Porto to include fantastic destinations that we would not have thought of - Guimaraes, Aveiro and Sintra. And she suggested tours we might enjoy. She listened. She selected hotels on the basis of what we told her we would like, from the feel of them to their location and the facilities they had. She was on the end of the phone when I needed her and made me feel there would be help at the end of the phone in an emergency abroad. We're looking forward to our getaway, secure in the knowledge it has been tailor maide to our requirements.

Our travel consultant, whom we have worked with for a few trips now, was given a wide ranging, complex and extensive overseas tour itinerary to quote for my wife and I. Not only did she return the quote within a matter of days but it was an amazing price and the hotels of our choice were mainly booked. The administration backed up the agreed quote with all relevant documents and we paid the deposit. All was done with the utmost efficiency, accuracy and speed. Wiil be back!!
