Description
Location: The Anantara Resort Hua Hin is nestled in 14 acres of beautifully luxuriant tropical gardens along the sunrise shore of the Gulf of Thailand, in the classic seaside resort of Hua Hin.
Facilities: With long stretches of golden beach and a choice of two infinity-edged swimming pools to choose from you’ll be spoilt with choice of where to spend your days relaxing. If keeping yourself busy is more on the agenda then you can choose between sailing, water skiing and a wide range of water-sports. There are nearby markets with Thai arts and crafts, serene Buddhist temples and historic sites winding along the East Coast of Thailand. The hotel also offers Thai massages and traditional herbal healing at Anantara’s luxurious Hua Hin spa.
Restaurants & Bars: Explore a world of cuisines at the hotels seven bars and restaurants, featuring Italian, Thai, fresh-grilled steaks and seafood and mouth-watering fine dining and wines from around the world.
Accommodation: There are 137 guest rooms each featuring a balcony or terrace with built-in sofas overlooking the tropical gardens. The spacious Lagoon Rooms feature high ceilings, hardwood floors and bathrooms that open onto the bedroom, with access to the exclusive lagoon pool. For the ultimate in luxury, the 12 Anantara Suites combine traditional Thai art with modern design, featuring double balconies, spacious open bathrooms with oversized terracotta tubs for two and upgraded bath amenities from the Anantara Spa.

My wife and I are independant travellers who did not want to be part of a larger tour group although we needed some help with the itinerary - flights, hotels, transfers etc. This is where eShores came in to the picture. I found the entire booking process to be a very positive experience primarily because we were assigned a dediacted travel advisor who remained with us as the sole point of contact throughout the entire process. Kelly was friendly, knowledgeable and responded back to any query promptly. We discussed some initial ideas over the phone and then she e-mailed me various options and we finally selected a trip to Cambodia and South Vietnam. Overall a brilliant service from Kelly and the eShores team (ps We are yet to take the trip but will report back on how the itinerary works out in practical terms when we head out in 2026)
