Description
Location: A mere 15 minutes’ drive from Dabolim airport, the ITC Grand Resort and Spa occupies an ideal spot alongside the beautifully wide and sandy Arossim beach, in Southern Goa.
Facilities: Aside from the colossal swimming pool, there is a fitness centre, open 24 hours with a yoga classes running every morning and an award winning spa to relax in. On-site you can also brush up your skills at a cookery class or join a horticulture tour. For children aged between 5 and 12 years there is a kids’ club.
Bars and Restaurants: There are 5 restaurants offering cuisine from across the globe including Indian food at ‘Kebabs & Kurries’, Italian at ‘Ottimo Cucina Italiana’ and there’s a seaside barbeque & grill. Also for a special romantic treat, you can reserve a private cabana and enjoy a candlelit dinner.
Rooms: The resort offers 249 in a wide range of room types, all with a balcony or terrace overlooking the lush green gardens, pool or Arabian Sea. Each has air conditioning, telephone, minibar, sunken bath and rainforest shower.

My wife and I are independant travellers who did not want to be part of a larger tour group although we needed some help with the itinerary - flights, hotels, transfers etc. This is where eShores came in to the picture. I found the entire booking process to be a very positive experience primarily because we were assigned a dediacted travel advisor who remained with us as the sole point of contact throughout the entire process. Kelly was friendly, knowledgeable and responded back to any query promptly. We discussed some initial ideas over the phone and then she e-mailed me various options and we finally selected a trip to Cambodia and South Vietnam. Overall a brilliant service from Kelly and the eShores team (ps We are yet to take the trip but will report back on how the itinerary works out in practical terms when we head out in 2026)
