Description
Location: Only an hour north of Salvador is the Praia do Forte Eco Resort, situated in an environmentally protected eco reserve. The 12km of nearly deserted beach offers guest calm protected waters to enjoy, with the nearby Papa Gente beach offering guests natural pools perfect for diving and rougher waters perfect for water-sports. The local village offers a magical place to explore and the nearby wildlife and the many local eco attractions will keep guests hungry for more.
Facilities: The diverse range of activities and facilities will please all kinds of tastes, without disturbing the tranquillity of those who would just prefer to relax. Offering on average 22 different recreational and social activities daily, you’ll have so much choice on how to spend your days. The 8 pools provide a range of settings dependent on your mood, the hot tubs are a great way to relax and the spa provides the pinnacle in rejuvenation. There’s also a range of facilities and activities catering for the children so no-one’s left out.
Restaurants & Bars: When it comes to dining the cuisine brings together unique flavours served with a special flair. There are three world-class restaurants; ‘Goa’, ‘Tabaréu’, and ‘A Sombra do Coqueiral’, ready to serve you the best in international and Bahian cuisine. Ethnic dishes have an exotic touch based on exclusive recipes that include seafood, such as Shrimp with Coconut Sauce, and Sapiranga Shrimp. The bars provide a range of settings and with their nightly entertainment and the village only 1km away, you’ll have plenty of ways to spend you nights.
Accommodation: The 247 rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering individually controlled air-conditioning, king-size bed or 2 twins, a balcony or terrace with hammock and a range of amenities.

Nick arranged a 2 week trip to Argentina & Brazil for us in March. We were happy with the itinerary he put together and his choice of hotels. We had a good level of contact from taxi companies for collections at airports & hotels. On our return he checked everything had gone smoothly which was a nice touch. I mentioned that I was looking for a beach holiday in a couple of months and he put together some hotels at a good price so I’ve booked again with him. Nick Chadwick has arranged 2 far east hilidays for us in the past 6 months..
