Description
Location: The Paradisus Rio de Oro is a 5-star, adult-only hotel, situated in Playa Esmeralda, part of the Bahia de Naranjo Natural Park on the north east coast of Cuba. It is only 56 km from Havana and 72 km from the airport.
Facilities: Horse riding, football, tennis and golf are among the land-based activities on offer here, whilst offshore, sailing, fishing and kayaking are popular choices.
Bars and Restaurants: There are no less than seven eateries at the Paradisus, located both in the hotel, outside in the pool area and on the beach. There are a wide variety of menus on offer, including Japanese, Mediterranean and Cuban. The hotel also has its own pub with disco and cocktails, so adults can really let their hair down.
Accommodation: There are 42 suites available, all decorated in the colourful style of the Paradisus and indeed Cuba itself. All have canopied beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, hammock on the balcony or terrace and en-suite bathroom.

I have had a very good experince when using eshores to book holidays, the staff are very freindly and helpful. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel a booking I made to travel to Australia recently, but the people I dealt with were very understanding and provided advice on the cancelleation to try to minimise the financil impact. Fantastic Holiday. Just returned from a great South African holiday, Cape Town 3 nights, Pilanesberg Safari 3 nights and a week in Zanzibar. Big thanks to Chris again, his knowledge helped organise and plan this vacation. This is the second long haul holiday he has booked for us. Each holiday has been faultless even though we have changed the itinerary to suit . The Safari he recommended on this trip, Ivory Tree in Pilanesberg was 5 STAR and made the holiday, another tick on the bucket list. Eshores customer service is second to none. I recommended this company to my daughter who is presently on a Canadian fly drive with them and is thoroughly enjoying it. Based on previous experience Chris has now helped us book Australia, Hong Kong & Dubai for next February, can’t wait.
