Visiting Cairo is a must. If you like to be near the action and like to be able to venture out in the evenings, choosing a hotel either in the heart of the bustling city or on the banks of the Nile is recommended. If seeing the pyramids is most important, there are numerous Giza hotels to choose from. With trips and excursions that can include visiting Memphis, Alexandria, the Egypt Museum, the pyramids and the sphinx, your days can be as filled or as relaxed as you like.
After Cairo Luxor should be next on your list, the world’s greatest open air museum. You can either choose to stay in one of Luxor’s numerous luxury hotels or alternatively take a Nile Cruise. A Nile Cruise is an ideal way to visit the monuments and take in all that the Nile has to offer. Most of the Nile Cruises will take you to see Karnak, Esna, The Valley of The Kings, Aswan and Elephantine Island to name a few and we have access to all the boats, and can help you pick the most suitable.
The best way to end your Egypt itinerary is to visit and relax in one of Egypt’s beach resorts. From Luxor we recommend either El Gouna, Hurghada or Soma Bay as these can all be reached easily by car transfer from Luxor. However if your preference is Sharm el Sheikh, Taba or Marsa Alam we can also arrange this too.
The beach resorts of Egypt all offer something different but they all have one thing in common, great weather, lovely sandy coastlines and stunning clear waters so whichever resort you choose you’ll be able to get in lots of relaxing. If you’re unsure where will be best, our consultants can offer advice to help you choose the most suitable.

So impressed with Eshores. Chris Eaves handles our arrangements and we have just booked our fifth holiday with him. Nothing is too much trouble and as we are two mature ladies his patience is much appreciated. We always feel confident in his advice and suggestions. Over the years he has arranged some complex itineraries for us including a three stop holiday with all flights, hotels and transfers organised - bliss. Leanne was a delight to work with, proactively suggesting options, whilst remembering they had to be practical. What I appreciated most was how responsive and efficient Leanne was. Everything was handled promptly. Even though we haven’t taken the trip yet, I already feel confident that things will run smoothly thanks to the excellent groundwork that Leanne put in place.

I’ve now lost count of the trips I’ve booked with Gavin at e-shores and how he always manages to know exactly what we like and gets a great price - always the same or less than I research myself. Our latest was Greek island hopping to Mykonos, Paros, Naxos and Santorini and the hotels Gavin booked were all outstanding and the typically small, boutique hotels with less crowds. We went out of season (1st - 13th Sept) and everything went smoothly from the airport transfers, the welcome we had at each hotel and the beauty of each island having its own magic. Looking forward to the next trip already booked through Gavin in November! Thank you everyone-shores - the Napiers!
