Location: Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort is set on the island of Bazaruto, off the coast of Mozambique. Scheduled flights from Johannesburg will take you to the airport at Vilanculos, on the mainland. From there it is a quick 15 minute flight to your resort.

Facilities: Facilities on-site include swimming pools, diving pool and activity centre. Snorkelling, boat trips, dune boarding, fishing, tennis and horse riding can also be arranged. For a more relaxing experience, try out the spa, with its ice pool, wet room, hydrotherapy pool, health bar and relaxation areas.

Restaurants & Bars: There are a selection of bars and restaurants at the resort, both formal and informal, specialising particularly in fresh seafood dishes.

Accommodation: The resort has 44 luxury chalets and suites all with private verandahs, air-conditioning, sunken baths as well as indoor and outdoor rainforest showers.
