Itinerary
4 Nights – Sydney
1 Night – Brisbane
3 Nights – Gold Coast or Fraser Island
4 Nights – Whitsunday Islands
3 Nights – Cairns (Great Barrier Reef)
✈ UK – Sydney (3 Nights): Your multi-centre antipodean adventure will begin in the dazzling city of Sydney, where we will meet you at airport after your flight from the UK and transfer you to your hotel where you will spend the following 4 nights. The city has so much to offer visitors, including the iconic Sydney Opera house, the Harbour Bridge (climb it for the ultimate experience!) and a plethora of fabulous eateries and nightlife….not to mention a fabulously sunny climate!
✈ Sydney – Brisbane (1 Night): On your final day in Sydney, we will transfer you back to the airport for your flight to the lively city of Brisbane, where we will meet you and take you to your hotel for 1 night. Brisbane has a lot to offer tourists and a must-visit whilst in the city is the Lone Pine Koala Park where you can get up close to a number of native animals and even cuddle a fluffy koala! Other Brisbane highlights are the Brisbane City Hall, where you can get great views of the city from its clock tower and Customs House with its unique copper dome. The South Bank Parklands is a great place to chill out in the city with its swimming lagoon, beaches and riverside promenade. The place is often buzzing with street entertainers and market stalls.
✈ Brisbane – Beach (3 Nights): For the following leg of your holiday, you may choose between being transferred down to the Gold Coast or up to Fraser Island. The Gold Coast is renowned for its impressive white sandy beaches and none are more famous than the iconic ‘Surfers Paradise’ beach – a 3 kilometre stretch of golden beach whose blue waters provide the ideal conditions for surfers from beginners to experts. There are countless surf schools if you fancy trying your hand at the sport. Surfers Paradise beach also comes alive in the evenings when the beachfront markets are on, with live entertainers enthralling the crowds. If you like the thrill of a theme park you should visit one of the region’s big attractions such as SeaWorld, Wet ‘n’ wild and Australia Zoo. Alternatively for something more peaceful, you may choose to visit Fraser Island, just off the coast of Queensland. Fraser Island is the world’s largest sand island, and is home to the dingo. Fraser Island is simply stunning, with its long stretches of white sandy beaches, sandy coloured cliffs and over 100 fresh water lakes. There are many guided tours you may wish to join to see the island in its full glory, taking you to must-see sights including the ‘perched lake’ Lake Mackenzie and the coastal headland of Indian Head.
✈ Beach – Whitsunday Islands (4 Nights): On the last day of your visit to either the Gold Coast or Fraser Island, you will be transferred back to the airport for flight to your next stop, which will be a little bit of paradise at the stunning Whitsunday islands, a collection of 74 stunning tropical islands. In an idyllic setting off the coast of Queensland in north eastern Australia, the Whitsundays are blessed with pristine white beaches fringed with swaying palm trees, clear turquoise waters, wonderful sunny climate and world-class diving and snorkelling on your doorstep. Pure heaven for all beach, water and nature lovers.
✈ Whitsunday Islands – Cairns (3 Nights): Finally, your trip ‘Down Under’ will be completed by a visit to Cairns, the gateway to the incredibly stunning natural phenomenon that is the Great Barrier Reef. You will be taken to the airport for an internal flight up to Cairns where you will stay for 3 nights, free to explore this stunning region in your own time. The Great Barrier Reef stretches over 1800 miles long and is a scuba divers and snorkeler’s paradise, offering some of the best opportunities to view marine life in the world. Cairns in itself is also an interesting place to explore, with its vibrant restaurant and café culture along its esplanade and its lively lagoon side market every Saturday.
✈ Cairns – UK: On your final day, we will take you back to the airport for your flight home to the UK.

Nick Chadwick has arranged 2 far east hilidays for us in the past 6 months.. The first involved 5 stops throughout Malaysia and Singapore and on a recent second holiday we returned to Borneo as we love the island so much. Everything went to plan and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. We will definitely use again.

Took out the Best of Andalucia trip with eshores, where we had a lovely holiday in a beautiful region of Southern Spain. eShores tailor your experience to your budget and they organise everything, catering for all your needs, we were able to change some of the destinations and extend the duration of our stay. All the accommodation provided and travel was first class, the selected destinations did not disappoint. For travelling in Spain, we chose rail, the rail network we found very efficient and so well organised. Emma from eShores was great from the outset, we discussed with her what we were looking for and provided dates of availability and she came back with an itinerary, which she then fully organised, it made the whole process so simple. We were very impressed with Emma’s help and assistance and eshores overall customer commitment. We would certainly use them again and very much would recommend them to anyone.
